What happened to the Hippocratic Oath?
Doctors are uneducated morons. They can’t think for themselves. Any oath doesn’t matter to them.
I don't believe that all. All but one doctor I've met truly cares about their patients. What these people are doing is not moronic, it is evil.

You keep saying these people failed to follow their physicians' orders.
Are you just making that shite up?

Look in the mirror. You're putting a cat who was on the transplant list BEFORE COVID in the same category as a lifelong alcoholic needing a liver because he won't take an experimental treatment.

The Jason Rantz Show on KTTH has learned that UW Medicine removed a 64-year-old patient from the transplant waitlist. He says he was on the list for two and a half years. The hospital made the decision after they learned the patient refused to be vaccinated against COVID. They said they would consider adding him back to the waitlist should he satisfy their “compliance concerns.”

What in the everliving frick does your hypothetical scenario have to do with a dude waiting for two years to receive a heart, only to be rejected due to non-compliance re: a questionable shot?
The fact that you're justifying this - despite your irrelevant, borderline retarded reasoning - makes you a total piece of shite.
You should go back to the OT. Those needle loving tards will willingly lap up your bullshite there.

They use these guidelines to get the most out of the organs they have. Covid as a very poor prognosis for transplant patients who have not been vaccinated. Therefore, they would like their organs to go to patients vaccinated to get the most out of what they have
Running transplants suck and isn’t for the faint of heart because your love in the world of having to deny patients the care they need because their simply isn’t enough available
Y’all are unhinged lunatics because I am simply explaining to you how it works. I wish there was an organ to give everyone that needs it. There simply isn’t have absolutely awful choices have to be made

you think the alcoholic should be higher on the list?
They don't boot the alcoholic from the list. As a matter of fact, the majority of people on a list for a liver are alcoholics seeing as the treatment for alcoholic cirrhosis is a liver transplant.
It's not universal and as of now it's up to the individual hospital whether they will or won't perform a transplant, but it doesn't mean it's right. And it's certainly not a settled ethics question...

Question, if you were a doctor
And patient A had a better chance of a positive long term prognosis than patient B, which one would you give the organ to?
The truth is not nearly everyone on the list get organs. There will be vaccinated people that don’t get organs either. But as long as being vaccinated shows the prognosis of transplant is better, they will have priority just like every other scenario

having been on a liver transplant list and received 1 i can verify you are right. don't do they ask your off.

Screw that....if anybody asks me, I say I got a natural vaccine, and leave it at that!

I would love for everyone to get organs. But that isn’t the teal works. As long as being vaccinated shows a better prognosis, they will get organs and the unvaccinated won’t

plus transplant recipients will be on immunosuppressants for months to years after the procedure, greatly increasing their vulnerability to da rona

They will still take your blood though. After forcing their employees to take the jab Ochsner was begging for blood donations from the vaccinated and unvaccinated.

This is pretty standard practice for transplant lists. For patients that don’t follow the medical care that the physicians outline they get bumped because you want people on the transplant list to be most likely get use out of the organs
Unless, of course, you are a black teen, and gathered a bunch of NAACP lawyers to publicly call your hospital “racist.” (See the Anthony Stokes case).
