2) He campaigned on reducing the federal workforce, and there are 13,000 less federal workers now than when he took office.

4) He campaigned on expanding ICE and broadening the role it plays in getting criminals out. That is currently happening.
5) He campaigned on putting a true conservative to the SCOTUS. That has happened.

The big legislative pieces aren't there yet, but you are also ignoring some pretty big stuff.
