That’s a lot of funding over a Soviet border dispute. How would the US southern border look with 112 billion in funding?

It will grow the bank accounts of Ukraine and US politicians

That's all you had to say.

It will continue to bleed Russia, making the aggression against Ukraine more and more painful such that they will be less likely to do anything like that again

How much bleeding are we getting?

How do we know when their pain level has reduced the chances of them repeating something similar?

How is the score kept and how many points does it take to win?

Thank you for a measured opinion. We should all agree coming from such an expert that has a deep and direct knowledge of Vivek.

I might be the only one to answer the question.

We are paying Ukraine to be our human shield in efforts to destabilize Russia.

Ukraine would have sued for peace if we weren't involved a year ago, and the lines would be exactly where they are today.

I like Vivek. He's absolutely in the tight to ask the question. Because there is zero benefit to the American people. There is honestly zero benefit to the Ukranian people (human shields). The money hurts Putin. That is its sole purpose. That is its sole effect.

And if phrased that way to the American people correctly, we wouldn't send another dime.

As a general rule, is it the board's contention that if Donald Trump isn't saying something, then it's bullshite, or a grift or a con of some sort?

That at times seems to be an overarching theme on this board. Would Vivek's question carry more weight with you if it came out of a different mouth and if so, which mouth?

Agreed. Driving our debt to unsustainable levels is really doing more to destabilize us than destabilize Russia. In the 80s, we forced Russia to spend themselves out of existence to keep up with our military advances, and they collapsed.

Neither Party seems capable of recognizing that it's now their turn to do the same to us, and our leaders are too stupid to see it coming. Or they see it but their bloodlust for election money leads them to "I see it, I just don't care"

I disagree that Ukraine will be the reason for our financial collapse. I absolutely agree that our fiscal addictions are heading in the wrong direction. But we are not so deep that any correction in this or the next presidency couldn't have a huge impact on correcting the ship's course.

Find it very interesting and very typical of almost all of the leftists on this board. Two replied in this thread, and both basically tossed in an inflammatory post, attacked either conservatives or Vivek, but never once attempted to answer the question or debate it.

And hearing none, you must justifiably presume corruption is at work.
