You can't realistically say she's been "made whole" just because her 5-10k hospital deductible was paid.

Virginia law covers slip and fall at work, I HIGHLY doubt workers comp/virginia "law" covers a 6 year old capping his teacher
And for that dumbarse troutboy, teachers unions are the most liberal in the land, she would not be able to find another suitable job in that industry after this.
Now wipe the cheetos off your mouth, mama just called you to dinner upstairs you tough guy you

Workers' compensation is typically the sole remedy, preventing lawsuits against employers. However, recent cases suggest that in specific situations involving gross negligence by an administrator, a personal injury lawsuit against that individual might be possible, depending on the facts and legal interpretation.

Ms. Zwerner does not have any intention of going back to teaching, if I recall.
And I don't blame her.
If you aren't protected by your administrators, you are subject to known threats and actions of violence and a KINDERGARTNER nearly KILLED you... who would walk back into a classroom?

she has 10 million reasons not to
ETA and my comment was about the dumbass claiming a teachers union would black list her from ever teaching again

Here is why. She still has a bullet lodged near her heart that doctors are not able to remove.

Never took you to be an idiot but this post has me rethinking
I never mentioned work comp and in fact there is probablyWC for her but this is a negligence lawsuit and the is a specific amount for government immunity and as for any individual responsibility they are uncollectible you dolt
