Former NOVA resident, and current DC resident.

NOVA folks are champagne liberals. They are really super left on social issues, but moderate on fiscal ones. They'll be in for a shock if their officials start coming after their money.

What about politicians, are they included in there?

How do they define "hurt"? If i am a Chief Of Police anywhere in Virginia, i am instructing every one of my officers to, when in doubt, seek medical attention. This is absolutely insane. This will encourage violence against Police Officers.

It's already a crime no need to make it a super mega life crime.

The difference is the LEO is called and expected to intervene in a situation whether he/she really wants to or not. An average citizen (not wearing a uniform) is NOT held to that same expectation.

Imagine what will happen when a pack of people see one person assault a LEO knowing he'll get a misdemeanor at best. You don't think there's a chance others will want to take their shot at the LEO too? That wild pack situation could lead to it quickly getting out of hand.

This is bullshite. Let me know when a regular citizen is expected to respond and run to trouble. When you are in trouble do you call Bob down the street or the police?

If I'm in Kenosha I'm calling Kyle.

He's been pretty damn effective so far.

Every cop, state, county, township, city, in the Commonwealth of Virginia should walk off the job.

I no longer feel sympathy for cops. They see how the environment is turning against them, thanks to libs... but they still remain. They can't feed their family if they are murdered or become crippled. They definitely can't feed their family if they opt to defend themselves, and have everything they worked hard for , stripped away, just so some pieces of shite can make political statements.

Doesn't equal this:

Seems to me you are quite sympathetic towards cops.
