From your own OP. I guess they should have just walked over to him and asked him what’s up?
We don't have the video of him eluding police, but in his lawsuit he stated he was going to a well lit area. Many people do this.
He also had a temporary license place in his rear window per the Petition.

The cops may have been dicks and used bad words but if they have to tell you 20 times to show your hands and or get out of the car then you're the problem

No agenda and I didn't go find it. This story just came out and I happened across it.

They treated that man like he was wanted for a massive crime. They were pulling him over because they didn't see his license plate-yet they saw it in the gas station.
The lightening comment was billy bad arse unprofessional & racist.

Arthur said Nazario explained at the time that he wasn't trying to elude the officer, but was trying to stop in a well-lit area “for officer safety and out of respect for the officers.”
So full of shite
You emotional reactionaries believe anything.

Oh, well, the media has no bias whatsoever in what they push so you would be equally likely to just find any old thing
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
You lying pieces of shite aren't even any fun any more, it is like you do not even try.

A lot of stupidity in that video. The officers were overly aggressive in their response. The lieutenant (Virginia Army National Guard - 29th Infantry Division) was passive aggressive and non compliant.

Where did I say I agreed with everything in the article? I believe he was going to a well lit area for his own safety. The whole "respect for officers" answer is bs.

They all deserved each other.

Virginia law does not allow for this placement and there’s a good chance it wasn’t visible because of his tint.
How many times was he asked to get out of the car?

“Graduated from Virginia State University. He was commissioned out of their ROTC program. He's an officer in the United States armed forces,”
All of this is irrelevant.

At one point, Gutierrez told Nazario he was “fixin’ to ride the lightning,” a reference to the electric chair which was also a line from the movie “The Green Mile,” a film about a Black man facing execution.
Pure nonsense. This is clearly a reference to being tased. The phrase "ride the lightning" did not originate with "The Green Mile" and any attempt to pretend otherwise is ridiculous.

That was pretty messed up.
The one cop called it a felony stop over the radio before getting out. I would like to know how anything he did prior was a felony?

Me, I get out of the vehicle and explain myself.
Nancy Pelosi will double this man's tainted meat rations and
throw him an extra foil blanket for the garage floor.

The article admits that the officer thought the driver was fleeing the attempted traffic stop.
ETA: Is the dash cam footage out there somewhere?

Didn’t the officer also say that it happens to him a lot people looking for well lit areas and 80% of them were minorities, or did I read that wrong?

Evading is generally a felony, no?
If his license plate is missing and he is refusing commands its a felony stop, whether it ultimately gets charged that way or not
