People change opinion on people as life goes on. Just because people change opinions about people does not necessarily mean "hypocrisy".
Trump loved PR when he passed his tax cut plans.
Trump grew to hate PR when he cock blocked him on the wall, nixing Obamacare and other measures.
I understand, right now PR is out of favor with the Republican base so each candidate does not want to be associated with him unless you are Mike Pence.
The OP posted a video of Ron wanting to emulate Paul Ryan. I understand that can hurt the feelings of Ron supporters because apparently it's not a good idea to currently be associated with PR.
The proper response would be, "nah, that's an old video when PR was doing good things in the GOP. Ron has moved away from PR politically because he supports ideas that Ron doesn't".
