The thief and the lady do look identical though....
cop should have thought it through more and that maybe he had a case of mistaken identity. With the GPS and camera technology in the truck it could be just as easily disproven.

Not blaming cops. I believe I mentioned government. We must end the Federal Department of Education if you wish to get started on stopping or ending Central government.

As I said in OP, if this lady didn't have this entire interaction recorded, it would only be the officer's notes in his report.
Body cameras have helped a lot, though (both ways).
Always put one on your dash if not also on your person imo.

That makes it even more silly if the typical police interaction ends with civil rights violations.

That's what gets good cops hurt. He has to be fired and prosecuted.

Yes yes we all know...never talk to LEO without a lawyer.
But this must be AI cause the woman is a White blonde, and honkies don't ever get treated wrong by LEO.
The "why does it matter your pic and info is out there anyway??" people are to blame for this. All the people who fight the people who still believe in personal privacy is a Right are to blame. Including many lawyers are to blame.

A dunk on the hypocritical posters.
I already said the Trump cases were a lesson for MAGA-types to support restricting LEO/prosecutorial power. They chose emotional responses and then hypocrisy instead.
They had their chance to pick the right side. I can only bring the horse to water. I can't make him drink it.

Why, when ultimately the "sorry bastards with real power" were doing what cops have wanted all along? Tbh, most cops are not what I would call "friends of liberty".
Cops are mainly good people on the surface like most of you here.
But, if you have an honest talk with one, more than likely and if pressed enough in conversations regarding civil liberties, they will admit that citizens have too many freedoms.
Except when it helps their agenda, cops are not friends of either party. They do believe they are friends of citizens though but they are definitely not friends of liberty.

The people have not ever begged for it. The government promoted certain conditions to get the results needed for its civilian control campaign.

Eh, very vaguely. Not enough for that level of confidence.
IMO, where this all went wrong, was when she said she didn't go into an area she goes 20+ times a month.
Cop heard a lie (or maybe she didn't know the name of the area but that doesn't seem likely) and basically assumed guilt from that point. Which is likely correct 90% of the time. This was just the 10%.

Your white flag is noted, as it was expected.

No, you said lawfare doesn't exist.
If this is just blind overreach that could have been *anyone* why don't you name all the other individuals in NY who were convicted on felony charges for what Trump did?

I don’t post too often, but I imagine you of being someone with a naked picture of Hillary Clinton taped above his bed.

That's not correct. I said I don't know what that is, because it isn't defined with any particularity and is being used as a malleable concept to create a Sharpshooter's fallacy, post hoc.
I never denied that there may be some form of an operative definition in that undefined malleable state that could create a concept that did exist. It's just that nobody actually could ever define it within the parameters of its usage.
Just like other MAGA-related concepts like "globalism", "The Deep State", etc.
