Shreveport your up next.

Shreveport is a black town. Totally run by blacks/Dems. All the republicans moved across the river to Bossier. Criminals don't mess with Bossier. It's too dangerous for them.
BTW, Shreveport is closing 3 schools for next Fall. Declining enrollment since people have been moving out.

So basically if you are a cop you are expected to die in certain situations so that no one is offended.

Gotcha, only time I have been to LA was flying in and out of Navy New Orleans and Louis Armstrong after Katrina.

He kicked a female BLACK officer and sent her flying like 4 ft!

That's a pretty bold exaggeration from the video you linked. One could reasonably describe his actions are "kicking," but one could also describe them reasonably as "flailing." That's an editorial word choice.

I'm not saying you shouldn't use force to take down someone who clearly isn't complying. However, when three cops are on top of him, maybe the 4th guy doesn't need to jump in with punches to the head.

Finally, even if he may have eventually succumbed to injuries sustained in a legit use of force, this is a bad look, and somehow this doesn't seem like protocol:

"He was left in the back of the patrol vehicle for 48 minutes before he was found unresponsive and not breathing. He was predominantly unsupervised during this entire period." LINK

So are we going to get a thread and make headline news every time a black person is arrested / tased, or maced from now on?

what is excessive force?

What do you think excessive force is? Is there such a thing in your estimation?

Even if they did not use excessive force, any reason you don't get the man checked out to make sure he is ok?

I think that is what BLM wants. If that happens, and you live in a majority-minorty city ... and you're not black ... you're screwed.
