Apart from "propaganda"... it would seem reasonable and logical that no voting machine should be opened, period. Not without completing a rigid process to ensure no cheating is taking place. If anyone is found to have opened voting machines, the burden should be on that person to justify themselves.

My first thought too. We need more context and validity.
If it’s true, then wow! No, it’s not going to change the election but it can change the way the elections are handled. Those employees need to be named, fired, and charged.

Liar. The report went into detail about the FBI and their failure to confirm any of the info in the Steele Dossier prior to initiating Crossfire Hurricane. Even fricking Lindsay Graham directly discussed that after the report. You are caught lying again, red handed. (Unless of course you can cite to the page of the report that specifically states “the dossier had nothing to do with intitiating Crossfire Hurricane”). But you can’t. Because all you do is lie and repeat the BS you read in the Times.
You can’t obfuscate and rely on old reports with incorrect info anymore dummy. You have been exposed. You read the Times and believed their propaganda without question. For years you pranced around this board gleefully like you had some insider info. All you had was propaganda spoon-fed to you by the media. I don't claim to have inside info but I do try to read the source material, when possible, rather than rely on what is reported.
The reason you think it's inside info is because you are to ignorant and lazy to read the source material, when possible. You, on the other hand, still haven't read the Senate Report on Russian Active Measures on the 2020 election.
And you obviously didn't read the Durham Report because you don't know why he found that the Dossier was not part of the reason for the initiation of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.
