A test can determine if you are PRESENTLY legally intoxicated.
There is not an easy test currently to determine if one is PRESENTLY high on pot.

Really do not have a dog in the fight because I no longer own the companies but I did see several people terminated because of THC and for insurance purposes we did not have a choice. Since another held a Federal contract it was insurance and Federal rules.
So, regardless of how you feel it should be handled it will not be handled like alcohol.
