And when that is maxed out, they run a credit card, then another, then one for each of their kid’s names.
It’s going to create a financial disaster in about a year.

How do you fundamentally change America.. Inside out.

That part of Dallas IS in Collin County. The southern border of Collin County is a few miles south of the Bush Turnpike.
Denton County is a few miles to the west (Midway Road).
Neither of those counties play around. They will FA and eventually FO.

Not wishing bad on innocent people. But they need to understand how their decisions are screwing us. It's too easy to hide in Plano and Frisco while voting Democrat.

Dallas PD is horribly understaffed.
And oddly enough I don’t see this hurting property values. A dump in the hood of Dallas is worth 200k + now.
It’s an odd world.

Bro, this part is in Collin County.

I agree that Collin County is very different from Dallas County, but I fear for you guys in Collin County over the next few years. I used to think Fannin County would be safe, but I don't think it's hard to tell.
This isn't the Texas of 30 years ago. Look at the frickery in Tarrant County. Thankfully I'm on the north side of the Red.

Until the liberals have voting power in those counties and elect crazy judges.

True. Collin County has a huge population of Karens, and Karens are quite susceptible to the White Guilt scheme.

When we were there three cops were across the street with Dallas on their car's.
I have no idea where the lines are though.
There's a red sign on the front building that reads Habitual Crime Area

Plano PD has an average response rate of like 4 minutes for major calls.
Dallas is like 20 minutes +.
But unfortunately apartments are just an issue. Unless they are in Manhattan or something they tend to have a natural course. Now they are being filled by people from the third world. Thank you President and VP.

I just did a search and apparently we don't have any Tren De Aragua activity in Oregon. I am sending thoughts and prayers to those of you in Tejas.

Saw this the other day. Still not sure why they specifically mention plano and Frisco as these apartments aren’t in either. They are in a Dem controlled city but our governor better take care of this shite right now. People will lose elections over this.

I drove from Nola to Shreveport and back this weekend. I stopped at many truck stops and gas stations to stretch my back.
Your back must be in really horrible shape if you had to stop multiple time for a 5 to 5 and half hour trip. Where were these "many trucks stops" you stopped at especially on 49?

I mean it would take about 5 minutes to walk to Plano from there
I’m not sure about that particular complex, but some of those areas south of George bush are actually zoned for Plano IsD. I’m sure this will help keep the testing averages excellent.

The exact location is Tollway and Frankford area. Maybe a trend of things moving north as the Galleria area has become the ghetto. I hope they get it under control as I am in Frisco now.
Another fun fact about Plano, a couple of years ago I had a friend that lived in apartments by Shops at Legacy. He witnessed a street knife fight where one got badly injured. Never saw anything about it in any reporting agencies. Makes me wonder how many cities don’t publicize criminal activities to keep their cities reputation clean.

Plano ISD goes all the way to the county line. My SO's sister lives in Richardson, in the Collin County part, her niece went to Plano ISD schools.

I've seen one, a total of one, migrant in Flower Mound in the last 2-3 years. The police here don't frick around. They want to keep this area free of rif-raff, and vagracy has a zero tolerance policy working against it. Now, Lewisville, next door, has a lot of Hispanics, but they do a generally really good job of policing themselves, but not to the extent Flower Mound does.
On another note, a vagrant came up to me and my buddy in the parking lot in downtown Dallas on Saturday asking for money to buy a bus ticket to Shreveport because his "mother had passed away". My buddy said, "I'm headed to Shreveport after I drop him (pointing to me) off. You can ride in the back. Hope in." He drives an F150 and what he said was bullshite.
The vagrant said, "frick you, man!" and walked away.
