Illegal immigration was a minor issue in 1980 compared to what it is today. Reagan had much bigger fish to fry. He had to wrest the American economy out of what Jimmy Carter called its “malaise” - stifling inflation that made Biden’s look like child’s play and winning a cold war with the USSR. If he was around today he would probably reflect back on that and regret that he didn’t get changes in illegal immigration enforcement in exchange for the amnesty and higher quotas of controlled legal immigration (which we still need today).

I think Vance is an appeaser and one of those work with the other siders.
I like Rubio as he calls it like he see's it and that guy is sharp.
He isn't wishy washy and i like someone who puts it on the line and backs it up.
