Because he could have changed his opinion in 6 months and seen how this story has fricked up CNN. A lot more information has come out since then to form a different opinion.

How is it their best yet? They take 3 words with no context, and it seems suspiciously something Van Jones would not say in the context this board is wanting. This is fricking amateur hour and should have been thrown out immediately.

ITS A TRAP
There were two different recordings of the nothing burger statement on the video - one that showed the guy walking up and the other that reversed the video at that point.
That demonstrates that O'keefe is just a small time sleaze that couldn't even produce a simple video. You give him way too much credit.
O'keefe has been called on the carpet before and had to turn over the entire video of a Planned Parenthood sting operation.
It turned out he had doctored the video by splicing different questions to different answers in order to get the gotcha he was looking for.
Okeefe is a slime ball opportunist.
And you've been watching too much Cloo network.

He is one of the few people on the left that said he thought Trump had a chance. He has even taken Trumps side on certain issues.
He also said he gave a great speech and he was very presidential after the speech to congress.
