Va. Referendum loss: By the numbers

From The American Spectator yesterday:
quote:
The problem was that Trump’s 2024 gains with nonwhite voters did not carry over at all to the referendum. “Yes” massively overperformed in the same areas that swung hard to Trump two years ago. Whether these voters have exited the Republican coalition out of frustration with the president, if they’re Trump loyalists who can only be convinced to show up when he himself is on the ballot, or some combination of the two, remains open to discussion. What is beyond clear, though, is that they were the death knell for “No.”
Demographics tell the story. While in 2000 Loudoun County was 80 percent white, in 2020 that figure had fallen to just 52 percent. Prince William County shows the same trajectory: It was 65 percent white in 2000, but only 38 percent white in 2020. The rest of suburban Virginia is similarly diversifying. When Trump surged with minority voters in 2024, it showed up disproportionately in these counties. Now that the GOP is losing their support, the vote-rich Northern Virginia metro swung back, hard.

Not as much as last minute mail in ballot drops once they've run the numbers and figured out who has not voted.
You know that they have access to those voter rolls, eh?

NOVA has to be dealt with, and theres a simple way to do it.Take a look at those government agencies and decentralize. Move them to central locations in blue states like Chicago in Illinois Denver in Colorado or Minneapolis in Minnesota, where their votes will be diluted.,
Make Virginia Red Again.

The spineless and ineffectual GOPe are actively waging a war of psychology against their base. They are so consumed by their greed that they cannot see the end staring them directly in the face.
Thune and Johnson are arguably the most weak and flaccid Conservative majority leaders of our lifetimes. They could pass the SAVE Act before the weekend. But they're stalling. They have their little back door deals with the Dims to stonewall their own agenda for the rest of the year so the Dims can retake Congress and essentially handcuff Trump to a lame duck 24 months. They think the back and forth of old will continue as it always has.
They're wrong.
When the Dims get power back, they're going to nuke the filibuster and eliminate the 60% threshold. They'll pass their own "election reform". Birth tourism will become a multi-billion dollar taxable industry. They will expand the SCOTUS with radical activist justices to neutralize and negate any dissent. And if/when they get a President Newsom, this will all go into hyperdrive and will come to fruition by the end of 2030.
There won't be a GOPe. The two parties will be "Democratic Socialists" and radical communists. A lot to look forward to. At least we'll get our civil war out of the deal. Maybe.

Uhhh Trump lost Va. To Kamala. By 250,000 votes
The referendum in Va lost by less. 160,000 less
So what are you going on about?

That's insane.
That's saying minorities will give Democrats 100 years to get it right and Republicsns half a term
