What I am saying is this is a Federal investigation. He is state level and should not be commenting on it. Bush was at the Federal level commenting on a Federal investigation.

Save me from the bullshite political rhetoric. Cox could say that. But someone who is smart would say it’s still under active investigation by the FBI and DOJ and it’s premature to say anything about whether or not it was a lone shooter.
