Yes my son is there from what I gather active shooter situation. Unconfirmed shots fired is a student that was kicked out last year came back impersonating military police and is in the dormitory. My son is safe and accounted for and is hunkered down elsewhere on campus

I don’t know much more than initial reports. Didn’t want to spread misinformation. I was hoping this was a false alarm like what has taken place at other campuses today.

If he is in the dormitory, there is only one and it’s the largest in the world. Every single midshipman lives there. That building is a serious piece of stonework and is massive. They gonna have to go in there and get him if he’s hunkered down.

Same confirmed reports as if just now. Former disgruntled middy got on campus with a gun and knocking on doors pretending to be military police. Confirmed shots have been heard. Nothing more to report.
