You don't even know what this is.

You're confused.
Rubio...Gang of 8. One of eight clowns who tried to sneak a giant amnesty bill into a piece of legislation...idk, 6-7-8 years ago? I believe Gov. Huckabee caught it, and uncle "k" a few weeks back said (referring to one of the caravans), something on the lines of. "that could easily been one of us". Kasich also pitched his stupid amnesty plan during the primaries. So from that bit of what I remember would pretty much mean these two fools would have already given amnesty to the illegal's here now...and the border would be business as usual...catch and release (If they were POTUS). That is what the wall is about...making it more difficult to get one foot on the ground on our side...or should I say the USA's side. Anything you want to add?

You're confused.
The "stuff" was in context to things that you find unconstitutional about eminent domain.

Dams are another...or now pipelines. You down on those as being unconstitutional in their construction, or nah?

So it's $24 Million per mile. That sounds about right for this kind of project. Trump wants 1,000 miles of it in all.

Yes that’s 24 billion which is what we have stated will cost for the full wall for some time now

Coahuila officials deployed 49 private buses and dozens of police vehicles to help transport and safeguard more than 1,700 migrants to an unsecured part of the Texas border. The caravan recently departed from Honduras.

Over the weekend, hundreds of migrants began arriving in southern Coahuila as state officials began setting up temporary shelters and providing food. Governor Miguel Riquelme oversaw operations at one of the camps. The official count from Sunday stood at 1,674 migrants.

No emergency or issue at the border

Neat. Now explain how Rubio supports your assertion that I support open borders or amnesty.
