Look man, I don’t follow any msm outlets but I’m not about to take gateway pundit at its word. That is as irresponsible as taking cnn on its word.

[/qote]Any IRS cases in the hopper?[/quote]

... they had me in Lois Lerner IRS cell since 2014; for 2012 - 2016 taxes. But a Motion to Dismiss Due to Mootness was decided Dec. 9, 2023. The IRS office here in New Orleans actually ran an audit and it showed I did not owe any taxes to begin with.(The records from 2012 were used as evidence)

So, yes , a BIG case from my point of view ...

To me Obama is his losing control.
He was also the person who was trying to strong arm the Harvard Board of Directors to keep that exHarvard president from losing her position. And now she is gone.

Obama is losing his grip

After the EPA case, did any of the administrative state lose any power. Serious questio

The Sackett decision will remove a lot of wetlands from jurisdiction of the USACE, but only if you have the time to wait for an official jurisdictional determination. In reality most large projects don’t have time to wait for that determination and will assume jurisdiction under a preliminary jurisdictional determination so they can get their permits faster.

Saving a couple hundred thousand in mitigation isn’t worth waiting an extra 6 months for a permit.

I’m pretty sure EPOCH as a whole and founded/run or used to be run by former Chinese communist slaves (I’m using a broad stroke here)

But the idea and ideology behind it is people and groups of people that KNOW WHAT COMMUNISM LOOKS LIKE and may have experienced it, so they are very aggressive in their reporting.

So if any of you liberal figs don’t like it, go find another board!

You don't lose power when you ignore rulings and there is no one to enforce the court's rulings... The left knows this...

Pretty much any source you use lies.

The ap is currently saying it was you who went around scalping Indians.
