Judge Nap and Aaron get it.
Once again this is not a police action. They would be right if it was but this is a military operation on a lawfully designated terrorist organization. Then again I guess I could be looking to be prosecuted for murder since I didn’t surround the drug labs and tell them to drop their weapons and come out with their hands up….

Bunch of “war all the time” looney tunes on this board.
obviously, you dont have a solid grasp on how these things work..(how target packages become target packages, etc.) anyhow, confirmed tren de aragua members were running that load on the boat. They are 100% legally classified as a terrorist organization...this has nothing to do with Iraq

What’s the legal authority for this?
I imagine somewhere around what gives the US Coast Guard the legal power to act in international waters, 14 U.S.C. § 522.

Don’t see anything about lethal missile attacks.

according the the article:
"The recent U.S. Marine strike on the alleged Tren de Aragua narcotics vessel operated out of Venezuela under a regime deeply linked to crimes ..."

From what I understand from the reporting is that the Trump admin is still trying to figure out what to tell the public about what legal rationale they apparently used to support this strike.

Let me say this real slow since you seem retarded:
TDA…has…been…designated…a…terrorist…organization.
Thus…they…fall…under…the…law…of…armed…conflict!
Bless…your…heart

Its strange that you would only post one subsection out of the multiple.

Being dumb and uninformed in 2025 is a choice. Do better.
