Anyone with any sense would see right through that bullshite. His gov't is a major reason why Ukraine's was so corrupt and fricked up.

No.
They began destroying codes prior to the attack. Their ambassador was late to a meeting with our secstate prior to the attack where war was going to be declared...thus the pissed off about the surprise.
