Perhaps I missed it, but what do you think the driver should’ve done. It’s obvious to me that he unknowingly turned on a street into the protest.
He put on his brakes immediately. Watching people attacked in their cars daily (happened during three protests around the country just this weekend) drivers are on high alert as they should be.
Car surrounded, people pounding on the car, guy walks up with a rifle perhaps pointing it.
I would’ve either floored it and ran over people or defended myself with a weapon.
There’s not really a political stance here.

And I’ve said multiple times I fault him 0 for his reaction.
He drove down 4th and tried to drive down the major center of downtown that’s held a march every night for over a month.
I’m not blaming him for anything, just saying be more aware. I avoid that shite like the plague.
