I agree Iran shouldn’t have nukes but I don’t think Israel should have them either.

Iran used to cooperate with the IAEA. Israel never has.

It's my understanding that the U.S. will allow Iran to enrich Uranium but only up to 1.5%. You need 3.8% enrichment for nuclear reactors to boil water, spin a steam turbine and produce electricity. You need more than 80% enrichment to produce a nuclear weapon.

I guess with 1.5% enrichment you can sell that Uranium to other countries that are allowed to enrich further, otherwise 1.5% is useless.

And if Iran is allowed to have nuclear reactors for electricity, who is making sure they are not setting them up as breeder reactors to produce plutonium?
