There's currently fracking going on involving Fed lands in NM (and other states as well). Also, NM's Governor, who publicly endorsed the Biden/Harris ticket, has already said she would file for her state to receive an exemption from any such ban.
I'm sure Uncle Joe would agree to grant it to her.

I am too...glad to hear that...I figured they would not make it universal when it was a political talking point....people were trying to get votes..the resource plays in NE really are on most private lands so not much impact there either...
