Don't lie.
I didn't say shite. I simply put their conclusions (this is the Public Health of UK) of the updated information.
If you have a problem with this update... Call the UK Gov, ask to speak to their Public Health agency and tell them what they are doing on a monthly basis is wrong.
From the previous report that went from Feb 1st to Aug 1st (this one added the data through Aug 15th)
What deaths were they? Just curious on that? Since this is a on going study of Covid-19 that has been updated now 21 times as data comes out... what exactly do you think they are studying?
This is the title of table 5:
Table 5. Attendance to emergency care and deaths of confirmed and provisional Delta cases in England by vaccination status. (1 February 2021 to 2 August 2021)
It's listed the same in report #20 too.

being unvaxed means that you’re less likely to die (or conversely, that being vaxed means that you’re more likely to die).

Isn't that the same logic refused in the USA? If the majority are not vaccinated won't the numbers be more from the un vaccinated?

quote:Right. 12% of the population is representing more than half of the numbers. How can anyone take anything away from this other than: the vaccines are a stunning success?
When 88% of your (over 16) population is vaccinated then most of your cases will be vaccinated.
How about this: let's pretend that we are talking about the African American population (13%) and their representation in the violent crime stats.

I don't have a problem with them though. I have a problem with someone like you who either doesn't understand the stats, or who is posting them in a misleading manner, to get your jollies.

Yes, "died in any setting". You even bolded it.
Why don't you tell us what you think these numbers mean? Does being vaccinated make you more susceptible to catching COVID, including any variant thereof, and/or dying from COVID?

Very few in the entire continent of Africa are getting the jabs. And you never hear a peep?
Look at average age and average BMI in Africa compared to US / Europe.
