So he wants to go against the patients wishes and violated the law. He discriminated against patients. I see no issue here. It's no different than if a client asks for a report to be completed the exact way they specify and you do it your way

Postulate 2: A belief held in the conscious mind about the state of an object that is inconsistent with the metrics seen in reality is an incorrect belief. If this belief holds even in the face of the opposing evidence, in spite of reason, it can be termed a delusional belief.
Gender dysphoria is defined as the belief that you identify as a sex that is not consistent with your chromosomal makeup.
The argument would go something like this:
The aforementioned belief is considered a delusion as you believe that the state of being of yourself is different from the reality (your identified gender varies from your biological one).
I suppose an additional axiom required to complete the argument is that gender and sex are not different concepts, which is something I agree with.
Regardless, it’s a trivial argument to put together and takes very little effort or “fumbling around”
