This is just electioneering. If Trump was serious about cracking down he'd be using defense department funds to build an actual wall like the Supreme Court ruled that he could, and going after sanctuary states' federal funding instead of publicity stunts like this. The border is a bigger disaster today than it has ever been in my lifetime, and the fence he's kinda-maybe constructing along the border isn't going to do anything.
