This is like the “show me evidence of election cheating”. People are looking to feed their Confirmation Bias, and not objective truth.

You are such a disingenuous sack of sh*+. It depends on the circumstances and age of the minor, counselor.
And that is exactly why age of consent and various age-gap provision laws exist in some states. Yet unlike your claims above indicating that this ICJ report is merely seeking to abolish penalties in the case of a 18 year old having sex with with a 15 year old, this report puts NO lower limit on the age of consent for minors.
A 6 year old can’t willfully consent to sex with a 16 year old since prepubescent children don’t have the emotional or mental capacity to understand what sexual consent even entails. No amount of crawfishing or goal-post moving on your part changes the inescapable reality of what the ICJ report actually entails.

No, I'm just attempting to correct echo chamber talking points. As stated before in my explanation of the "loaded question", you make a lot of assumptions necessary to form your arguments and ignore what is being actually said.
