Exactly what it was designed for and exceeded beyond liberals wildest dreams. Kill the program permanently. We need to hold people accountable to include sustaining themselves and their offspring.

Section 8 in the neck of the woods I grew up in (rural area around Lafayette) was used to centralize poor rural individuals (mostly black). It took them off of property they held for a few generations and put them in the city limits. This was done to change voting as well as gave an opportunity to either buy up property cheaply or take it through ED.
