trump said mexico would pay for the wall! yeah via tariffs or trade deals or decreased costs of illegal immigration etc. he never said they would direct deposit the funds immediately!

I think you are proving the point of this thread. Even if we accept your conclusions added after each “quote”, the first two were guesses/hypotheses by President Trump And the third is a subjective opinion. None of these are “lies”.
