And feelings for most that are not MAGA is not good.

Currently annual deficits are expected to be $2T+ for as far as forecasting goes into the future. In no way is that sustainable and the longer it goes in, the worse it's going to get
But here we are passing CRs and mroe spending by the day.

I’m not an economist - can someone tell me what’s so bad? Clearly, I’m missing it.
Not every American is 40+ and was able to build a career and acquire assets for 20+ years

This doesn't mean anything especially when one looks at the current credit card numbers for defaults, overdue balances, etc. Most Americans don't even have $1000 for an emergency

Whose fault is that Ron?
The people who started and continued the massive unnecessary spending from March of 2020 to current day - so Lord and Savior Trump & Biden. Ask yourself this - why hasn't Trump attempted to revert to pre covid spending levels?

You can't be this stupid can you? Americans won't spend money unless they have it to spend is your position? Lord have mercy.

thats not how I purchase holiday stuff. I doubt you do either.
There is a new paradigm, though. People have maxed out credit, so they are doing Buy Now, Pay Later.

$11.8 billion in online Black Friday sales marked a 9.1% increase from 2024, fueling debt accumulation.?
BNPL volume hit $747.5 million on Black Friday alone, up 8.9% year-over-year amid tightening credit.?
Holiday BNPL spending is projected to exceed $20 billion by year-end, an 11% rise from 2024.?
41% of BNPL users missed payments in the prior year, with high-income borrowers most prone to late fees.?
Cyber Monday BNPL usage is forecast to surpass $1 billion ($1.04 billion), up 5% year-over-year.?
Klarna reported 45% YoY growth in BNPL volume from November 1 to Black Friday 2025.

Nobody perpetuating this inane narrative will tell you how THEY are worse off.
It’s funny like that.

Food prices. They are getting worse. Food inflation is higher than historical averages.

Youre looking at the ideal. I'm talking about the average American that MAGA overvalues so badly.

Are you aware of the debt, credit, and savings statistics for your average American? You can't be this dumb. Maybe 'stout' or 'Bard' will jump in this thread and educate you on how god damn dumb your premise is.
