I want Comey prosecuted as much as anyone does, but the weak case against him for lying to Congress about authorizing leaks about the Hillary Clinton investigation is all they could salvage before the SOL expired on all of Comey’s possible crimes.
Tech, I hope you're right about the Kraken Grand Jury in Florida, but I don't see how there will be jurisdiction over any of Comey's alleged crimes and/or how any of those crimes won't be time-barred.

A good agent must have had put that stuff there instead of having it burned. Those documents weren’t put there by Comey for protection, he thought they were destroyed.
