I can’t say it’s necessarily a good thing but Trump has set a standard of transparency that no other politician dare subject themselves to. Imagine if every DC politician gave the same level of transparency and openness that Trump has given the American people....easily 50% would be removed from office due to corruption.

I know, I know....Trump won’t give up his tax returns, he has to be hiding something that would warrant impeachment.

I’ll make a bet with anyone about Trump’s tax returns, there may be some embarrassing info to glean from his returns such as how much money he’s given to Democrat politicians, maybe charitable contributions, maybe he’s not as wealthy as he says but I can guarantee there’s nothing criminal. I know Trump doesn’t have anything in his tax returns that would indicate crimes because the damn Deep State Dims would have already leaked that shite.

Notice how in all the Dim debates they are harping on the rich to pay their "fair share?"

This is what getting his tax returns is all about:

'Of course': Donald Trump admits he used tax codes to avoid paying federal income taxes

quote:

Donald Trump was asked point blank during Sunday's presidential debate by CNN moderator Anderson Cooper whether he used loopholes stemming from a near $1 billion loss reported in his 1995 tax returns to avoid paying federal income taxes.

quote:

"Of course I do," Trump said. "And so do all of her donors, or most of her donors."

"I understand the tax code better than anybody that's ever run for president," he continued. "I pay tax and federal tax too. I have write offs. A lot is depreciation."

And what will conveniently get left out of that is this:

quote:

A recent New York Times report revealed he suffered a $916 million loss in 1995 and could have avoided paying federal income taxes for 18 years.
Trump previously argued that he "brilliantly used" US tax law to pay no more tax than I am legally required.

All about getting an emotional response rather than one based on facts and the rule of law. Just like what they are doing on the border and practically everything else.

These people are stupid.

The leftists know their voters are too ignorant to understand his returns so they can spin it however they want.

I love how people are getting all worked up over rich people and big corporations using the tax code to avoid paying huge taxes.
I mean.... why even say it? The tax code is the tax code. Are they supposed to just donate all their earnings? The lower class gets paid out refunds every year and never puts in. How is that fair?

If he avoided paying income tax, I’m even more for him than I was. I’m all about people paying as little in taxes as humanly possible. Especially when the tax penalizes work.

Who/what do you want to pay for the wall: the tooth fairy, or the once talked about “avocado tax”?

Well if we had it my way, you wouldn’t need a Wall because we’d be cutting and eliminating the entitlement programs that incentivize illegal immigration. But ideally, there are a number of ways you could fund it without income tax. For over a century, we were able to build infrastructure and roads in this country without it. You could do it with a national sales tax, as one example.

Precisely.

Taxation in it's current form is theft.

I am all for using taxes to help support our infrastructure, our seniors, those that cannot work due to true disabilities, protecting our borders, and for a reasonable allotment for a military and research grants.

What I am not in favor of taxation being for is Foreign Aid (a.k.a.: politicians diverting it to their country du-jour in order to wash it and get it as a kickback), for the Climate Change hustle, and most especially to the Abortion racket.

I will not trust a president without a press secretary that gives daily updates. Even Clintons Press Secretary was out there during the impeachment.

‘Member Obama’s press secretary giving an “evolving” story every day for a week, about Osama bin Laden‘s shooting. Started out the SEALs shot him in self defense, and ended up “yes we couldn’t arrest him, send him to Gitmo, water board his arse for intell, convict him in a military tribunal, execute him, and feed the fish in the Caribbean. So we just told the SEALs to shoot him on sight, and dump him to the Indian Ocean fish.”

But he did appear every day with updates!

Instead, Trump himself is giving impromptu daily 45 minute press conferences outside the White House

Soooo, why hasn’t this incriminating evidence been found by the IRS?
I’m positive that Obama had his cronies at the IRS go over Trump’s tax returns with a fine tooth comb.

agreed OP

I consider myself apolitical. even though most here call me a leftist idiot

not sure why I get called names. but I digress. I think it's bc I understand how some corporations Chase the all mighty dollars. like the NBA

think about gillete tho. in a different regard because they made a grand error

for me. I made complete changes and no longer buy any identifiable products with P&G or Gillette.

it kinda sucks but oh well.

they had some nice products, but they went political, so politics is what they're into, so economic boycott by me is enough.

see ya

you hate your customers, well I had your soulless corporate stupidity.

i might change my tune on the NBA if they keep it up

stop appealing to dumb frick #woke people. right?

They won't support you anyway.

Do feminists look like they shave? Do #woke soy boys look like they can shave?

Men make purchasing decisions too.
