Both sides have armies of lawyers ready to file lawsuits in swing states to contest. I hope the vote count on Election Day is so far out of reach for Trump they won’t be needed. Lawyers are like nuclear weapons and you have them for a mutually assured destruction scenario in this case.

No one, except the conservative media, will declare a winner on Nov 3rd if Trump is leading. They are already prepping us for this today.

They may not declare any winner at all until Biden is ahead.

true for most states, but courts have been making extensions for all sorts of BS. I could absolutely see them saying that an extension was needed for COVID.
