Perhaps he has internal polling showing he’s got this in the bag and Vivek is 2nd so he is going for the campaign kill shot
I have watched a LOT of Vivek’s town halls and I really like him BUT I have never liked how he is fear mongering the audience promising them that trump will never sniff the website house again and how voting for trump is a trap. It’s my only complaint with him

Trump is a proven commodity. Beholden to no one...and he puts America first. He deserves all of our votes. I like Vivek...at least what he stands for on the surface. If the let's petty bullshite somehow prevented Trump from running, I'd probably vote for Vivek...and pray that he wasn't all bluster.
