There’s not a solid argument against it. Don’t want tariffs? Then don’t charge us tariffs, don’t put up trade barriers for American goods, and don’t subsidize industries so they can operate at a loss and undercut American product prices.

An example of the latter is the imported catfish from Vietnam. Vietnam heavily subsidized their aquaculture industry and they flooded the U.S. market with cheap fish well below market price and destroyed our industry in order to gain market share

We should charge higher tariffs for our market entry.

Think about it. You think Wal Mart pays the same price as the corner store, no because he is a bigger customer.

We are the biggest customer in the world we should not have reciprocal, we should have HIGHER tariffs.

The ole "its a tax on consumers doesnt work either". China will devalue their currency and the world will take lower margins to offset the tariffs, or they wont sell in the US and someone else will....until we start to make it ourselves.
