If you are part of the group that doesn’t need him assuring he is doing a great job then you are the audience that should understand why he is doing it. If the liberal media is going to constantly lie about the response and drive societal pessimism and unrest then he needs to combat that message to reassure optimism to the country outlook.
It is important that people in our country feel reassurance that we are doing our best to work through this issue. The democrats and liberal media is playing politics for power and not about solving problems.

The last time he started doing these daily press conferences, his poll numbers went up. That’s when democrats started the tactic of burning down democrat cities
