taking down Iran's air force and navy is not the huge flex he thinks it is. Iran is flying F4 jets and mig's from the 60s.

Even taking the bombing campaign out of the equation, what we just witnessed in 3 weeks time was the largest naval arse stomping since WW2.

He's saying that militarily we have won because it is no question. Everyone here trying to take him literally are just looking for a reason to bitch. They know what he means, but they have to pretend to not know.
If all that is left are the particulars of negotiating a surrender, then yes, the war is basically over. There is literally no way for Iran to win by any reasonable standard. It's like being up by 70 with 3 minutes left. No, it's not technically over, but yeah it is.
Not being wiped off the face of the earth is no reason to declare Iran a winner. That's retard logic.
