The committee can debate for 30 hours, and obviously that is only when they are together. Grassley just sent a scathing letter to difi where she had asked for three delays of committee. Just dragging their feet as much as possible. There are over a 100 open spots and more every week. Even at the current pace its gonna be a while before they can catch up.
