Trump Slurring Words - Is it Another Trap?

Anyone see this speech? Is it possible the MSM altered the video / sound? Seems odd that Trump hasn't made a comment about it. Makes me wonder if Trump knows someone messed with the video and audio and is just waiting to spring that on them.

It was code to trigger happenings. The specific words he slurred triggered different events to take place in the secret war. Its part of the 80% so we will never know what the happenings were.

I didn't see the speech in question. So I'm just throwing this out there. Just seems odd for Trump not to fire back with something. Usually he makes a response to just about everything unless he's waiting to spring a trap of some sorts.
