Everyone knows that Starfleet Academy is located in the San Francisco Bay area.

I wonder if it will be the first US military academy that is not a liberal arts school. It likely isn't conducive to that type of education.

The academies are and have always been liberal arts colleges. Your confusion is probably a result of not understanding what that actually means.
