He's worse at hiring for campaigns than Trump. Trump has proven to be pretty effective at marketing/promoting himself to the electorate and DeSantis has proven to be average at best.
But where presiding is concerned, Trump proved shitty and DeSantis has proven effective.
So it boils down to what you want in a POTUS - a great campaigner and awesome rallies, or someone that can actually get shite done and beat Leftists.
