He got played by the CDC back when they released the first guidelines for reopening. Those guidelines virtually guaranteed repeated shutdowns.

He needs to prioritize the release of new guidelines that remove requirements for testing and do away with the % positive thresholds.

Probably won't matter, though. These governors are dug in against him now.

And there it is folks. The “progressives” have made their intentions known.

Atlanta, but my family is from California. What makes you think its going to flip from a 61% blue state to being contested one? Because there is a better chance of pigs flying than Republicans ever seeing power there again.

There are not too many on this or any board that have worked for a Developer or directly for the CEO.

Trump is exactly what I've seen in the Board Rooms at multiple Businesses along the way.

MY favorite was spending about three hours convincing an Electrical Engineer that our form of paralleling Transformers was the solution to his problem. "You convince me. Now we go to the Board of Directors. Attending will be the VP's of Ford, GMC and Chrysler." Halfway down the hall ...He asked "Does this make you nervous?" "Are any of them Electrical Engineers?" "No" "Then they won't understand a thing we have to say." Presentation ...all heads turned and looked at the Consultant ...."Well?" "I'm convinced." "Do it."

Half way back down the hall I looked back and replied ..."See, they didn't know a damn thing I had to say in there."

It’s irrelevant what I think should be done.

So, taking the easy, convenient off ramp. Typical.

Then you know Trump tweets about taking action on issues that he actually can't. It has been years and you act like you don't know this.

Why should I be expected to deliver something I didn’t promise?

Yes, and my impatience and frustration grows with each unkept promise. Am I the only one?

Trust me its even worse living here, I literally havent gone out since early May to my former spots because of protests and rioting. This place is a total dump and I will be leaving later this year.

No. Some folks act like "Trump" and "Republican" and "Conservative" are all one and the same. They are not. It is the American thing to do to hold politicians accountable, and you are right to call him and/or any other public servant, on promises not delivered, and truths not told.

My problem with Trump is that I don't believe for a second he acts in the interests of the country.

He would destroy half the country if it meant he got reelected.

You should know when he's being realistic and when he's just pumping. He tweeted about the WHO and he acted on it. He tweeted about shutdowns but only has oversight of federal shutdowns and can do limited amounts regarding state shutdowns.
