My children, like most kids, learned it from older kids in elementary school. Proabably about 2nd grade. Can’t remember exactly.

Haven't read the rest of the thread past this post, but this is exactly what happened, you can tell by Trump's reaction.
He should've suggested that the girl start wearing boys clothes, take hormone pills, have reassignment surgery, and begin dancing in night clubs. Its perfectly acceptable for an adult to push THAT on a kid, and of course Trump would be regarded as a brave hero.
