Okay, we have "right-wing" and "anti-Muslim". What's the beef with Laura Loomer? I see her post on this board a few times here and there. She's a big Trump supporter. Besides being right-wing and anti-Muslim why is she bad?

Because you have to be able to win elections. Look, I prefer DeSantis because I think he is essentially Trump but more electable because suburban white woman (repeal the 19th) despise Trump. I hate that feelings are such a big part of our elections but they are and I would rather get a win with DeSantis, who by all pre-2023 accounts was the best governor in the country, than lose by supporting Trump again. One of my best friends is a single mother (from divorce.) She was a huge Trump supporter in 2016. She still voted for him in 2020 but as he started becoming more crass, in her terms, it became more difficult for her to support him because in her words "how do I tell my daughter it's not ok to be a bully when the President is a bully." That is a straight quote from her - and I know repeal the 19th, I agree, but that will never happen.

My question to you is, who is Loomer going to convince to vote for Trump who already wouldn't? 95% of DeSantis supporters will vote for Trump if he is the nominee., how many Trump supporters will vote for DeSantis if Trump loses? Unfortunately it's about convincing suburban white women to vote for him again and she doesn't move the needle. She caters to the MAGA base, no offense intended.

I just looked at her twitter page and she has the NYTs article retweeted at the top of her page. Also, she as a video pined to the top of her page of her interrupting the Jack Dorsey congressional hearing...

I mean, we always ask, "what are you going to do about it?" And when someone does something about it people scream crazy person especially on the right.

Loomer is a trashy psycho.

If he's the nominee and people like her are on his campaign, then he will get slaughtered by any Democrat.

I agree with everything you said in term of the white woman vote. When you look at the state level this issue is important in Georgia, Arizona and Wisconsin. Trump and yes even DeSantis will have to appeal to women especially in theses states. They will have to do with some type of give away. Like more tax credits for kids which I think Trump has already proposed.

Probably no one. Is that really her job though?

Anyway I read the NYTs article ( LINK) and she is just in talks with Trump. She has not been hired yet. Furthermore based on the things that the NYTs is upset over LL, she would fit in perfectly on this board.

Trump continues to surround himself with clowns.

One of the few smart people in Trump's world probably leaked this to the press so that somebody, anybody could stop this.
