The establishment MAY vote for Trump as Speaker thinking Meatball will win the R nomination if Trump is vindicated as Speaker.

That could be the compromise to get DJT through but I don't see how DJT would go for it. He'd want both Speaker and then POTUS, wouldn't he?
Maybe as a de facto "save my empire and end the persecution of my company for my kids sake" would have DJT consider it somehow?
