I might not have the understanding of the situation, but presidents have no power to add things to bills. What is this post stating?

Apparently this is more fluff. President Trump is merely asking Congress to do this. Which is worthless because we have already discovered that the Senate hates the populace andTrump, and the house doesn't have what it takes to deny spending.

What an ineffectual post. This is nothing.

If the Senate had ANY inkling of supporting Trump, we would have recess appointments.

So, that'll put us somewhere around $1.3 trillion for defense spending. Boy howdy! They'll blow past that $1.5 trillion expectation next year with zero effort!
