100% would be much better....nothing like having a nation full of poor people staring across a border at the rich and opulent lifestyle often just feet away...
There is nothing that will drive Central and South America as well as Mexico and the Caribbean to the left like the US cutting off aid...it is a brilliant idea if your goal is introducing communism to the region in a way that Venezuela and Cuba has never been able to do....

Trump got 30% of the Latino vote with all the media saying he was going to break up Latino families and kick them all out of the country or put them in internment camps. I'd say this will have no effect at all.

How much would we save if we stopped aid for 3 years? I mean, I understand why we do it. Some for humanitarian reasons and some for SJW preening and some just to buy friends...but damn...it would be nice to get our own finances in order. We could do a lot more good if we weren't so far in debt.

No. Your sample size of 4, 3 of whom you probably misjudge is not indicative of the Hispanic population. A vast majority (here legally if you need to make that distinction) don't like trump. And it's not close to being close
