I think it would be smart if he gave a lot of it away like Gates or Buffet but I don't see him doing that. It would deflate a lot of the arguments against him.

Certainly there must be receipts of all these illegal activities you claim? Please lay out just one of them

I didn't claim any of them are illegal. Even if they were, who would prosecute them? Trump’s DOJ?

LBJ was probably heading to jail...or at least to impeachment...from any ongoing bribery investigation that Congress was investigating when JFK was killed.

LBJ became president. Congressional investigation dropped. No consequences.

So you are saying with Trump’s extensive history of business dealings all tied to self promotion that an entity that he owned prior to his presidency was engaged in business dealings that promoted the Trump business name? Yep I can see the clear picture now

It’s never enough for the cult. They just call it fake news and move on with worshipping their leader.

You have to be deranged to type this all out.

quote:

Why? You will just dismiss it without any rebuttal evidence because you think it makes Trump look bad. Trump is who he is: a malignant narcissist who happens to be our greatest recent president.
Both things can be true.

It's a waste of time to retrieve articles separately. Here's ChatGPT's summary for Trump's self-enrichment.

###########

The strongest case is the intersection of Trump's private crypto businesses with federal policy.

The argument is unusually concrete because it involves a direct financial interest, a business whose value is affected by government policy, and presidential actions affecting that industry.
Trump's family-controlled crypto ventures—including World Liberty Financial and the $TRUMP meme coin—generated very large amounts of revenue/income during his second term. His 2026 financial disclosure reported roughly $1.4 billion in cryptocurrency-related gains/income during 2025, according to PolitiFact's analysis.

At the same time, the Trump administration made cryptocurrency a major policy priority, including signing the GENIUS Act, which established a federal regulatory framework for stablecoins. Critics argue that creates an unusually direct overlap between presidential policymaking and the president's family's financial interests.

The situation is especially striking with World Liberty Financial's USD1 stablecoin. A state-backed Abu Dhabi investment entity used USD1 in a roughly $2 billion Binance transaction, while the Trump family retained a substantial financial interest in World Liberty. The Brennan Center has documented the resulting foreign-emoluments concerns.

There is also evidence that purchasers of the Trump meme coin were given access to the president: Trump invited the largest buyers to a private dinner and gave the top purchasers a White House tour. The Brennan Center reports that many of the largest purchasers appeared to be foreign nationals.

That produces the basic self-enrichment argument:
Trump retained substantial economic interests in businesses whose profitability could be affected by presidential policy, while his administration pursued policies favorable to those businesses and, in some cases, the businesses received money from foreign actors.
That's considerably stronger than simply saying “Trump became richer while president.” Becoming richer isn't evidence of self-enrichment by itself; the critical issue is the connection between governmental power and a private financial benefit.

There is also a second, potentially significant issue: Trump's enormous number of securities transactions. His 2025 disclosure contained more than 20,000 trades, and some lawmakers have questioned whether particular transactions corresponded with government decisions. For example, they have pointed to Boeing purchases and subsequent government announcements. Those allegations are worth investigating, but they are currently a less developed evidentiary case than the crypto issue.

So if I had to identify one factual episode that most directly supports the self-enrichment allegation, I'd choose the Trump family's cryptocurrency businesses—not Trump's hotel business, merchandise, or simply the increase in his wealth. The crypto case has the clearest combination of private financial benefit + presidential regulatory authority + foreign money + presidential access.

Trump will not be president much longer, if all these things claimed are true then the very next president will have a look into all family matters just as the last 10 years right? How about all the leftists state AG’s now? Seems they went deep before, why are they not highlighting for state crimes now? He would not have cover under state laws

If the Dems take the House and Senate this mid-term expect hear more....a LOT more about all of this.....Trump and his two sons Uday and Qusay have given them plenty of ammo to open hearings.....They will just hammer the corruption message all the way till 2028 to discredit the administration and any Trump backed candidate and distract from the back half of his term. The MSM will be more than happy to oblige.

No. I'm saying the overwhelming percentage of his income as president the second time around has been in crypto and stock deals. Many of those deals appear to benefit from actions taken by Trump as president.

Any and all criticisms directed at our lord king emperor Trump are viewed as dissent, and the dissent itself becomes “proof” of TDS.

There is no way around it.

You stress his income but yet it’s not his but rather tied to a publicly traded company ? The stocks traded are by him or a blind trust ?

Dems take those seats then those actions would have happened anyway, as they have since 2015, with them going nuts during the 4 years he wasn’t president.

That was a good question. I remembered a DC/Maryland Emoluments Clause civil case (there are no criminal sanctions) during Trump's first term. I looked up to see what happened.

From ChatGPT:

#####

Yes. I tracked it down, and the outcome is somewhat more complicated than “Trump won” or “Trump was found liable.”

What happened to the D.C./Maryland Emoluments Clause case?

The case was District of Columbia and State of Maryland v. Trump, filed in 2017. D.C. and Maryland alleged that Trump violated the Foreign and Domestic Emoluments Clauses by retaining his financial interest in the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., and receiving payments/benefits connected to foreign and domestic governments.

The procedural history is important:
2018 — District court allowed the case to proceed.

Judge Peter Messitte rejected Trump's attempt to have the relevant claims dismissed. He held that the allegations plausibly established violations of both the Foreign and Domestic Emoluments Clauses and allowed discovery concerning Trump's financial interests in the D.C. hotel.

2019 — Fourth Circuit initially dismissed the case on standing grounds.
A Fourth Circuit panel concluded that D.C. and Maryland lacked standing to pursue the claims against Trump in his individual capacity.

2020 — Full Fourth Circuit reversed that result.
Sitting en banc, the Fourth Circuit voted 9–6 to allow the litigation to proceed. That was a significant procedural victory for D.C. and Maryland.

January 25, 2021 — Trump left office, and the Supreme Court ended the case.
The Supreme Court vacated the Fourth Circuit judgment and remanded with instructions to dismiss the case as moot because Trump was no longer president.

So there was never a trial or final judicial determination that Trump actually violated the Emoluments Clauses.
But there's an important wrinkle
The Supreme Court did not rule that Trump's conduct was constitutional.
It essentially said that the controversy was over because Trump was no longer president. The Court vacated the Fourth Circuit's decision rather than affirming or reversing it on the merits.

The D.C./Maryland case never reached a merits determination. The litigation had gotten far enough that the district court had allowed the plaintiffs to pursue discovery, and the en banc Fourth Circuit had allowed the case to proceed—but Trump's departure from office ended it.

The D.C. Attorney General's own description of the case explicitly says that the Supreme Court's action left the district court's decision interpreting the Emoluments Clauses in place, although the ultimate merits of Trump's alleged violations were never adjudicated.
quote:

How about all the leftists state AG’s now?

Bottom line: It would be inaccurate to say “Trump was found to have violated the Emoluments Clause.” But it is equally inaccurate to say “the courts looked at the allegations and found nothing.” The case was terminated on mootness, before the allegations could receive a final merits judgment.
