The WH press corp is its own little commie organization. They decide who gets seats in the place, they are the ones who threatened lawsuits when Trump banned that arse from cnn for yelling at the president.
The WH needs to take control of its own press room....like every other organization in the world. They should decide who has a seat at the table, and it should include many podcasters and far less conventional press.
More of a cross section of America, not a room full of liberals yelling gotcha questions versus trying to find out the news.

We go from some with a hair style that resembles a toilet brush to a super model with DD boobs that extend past the microphone and cleavage as far as the eye can see.
Might boost the ratings of the mid day press conferences on TV. But if he is looking to please the room of reporters, not many heterosexual males in that audience would appreciate the in person eye candy.
I also recall during Trump’s last term he did try to shake things up with new media, but the White House Correspondents Association fought him tooth and nail.

And they would have to start by spending every day for two weeks telling the American public that they knew the Russian collusion was BS, the Hunter laptop was real, interviewing all 51 intelligence agents that said the laptop was Russian disinformation and they would have to run this news 24 hours a day on their network for one month.
